Koshi Okamura

Koshi Okamura has been working on the physics and application of functional oxides, including oxide semiconductors, nanocrystals, and transistors. His current primary focus is on the identification of physical properties of functional oxides and phenomena observed at the interface of these oxides. Much of this work involves first-principles calculations on the basis of density-functional theory and many-body perturbation theory.
