John Paulas is a leader in the field of work life and workforce development. He creates new people-centered techniques, technologies, products, and services to empower people to understand and improve their work lives and to spark relationship building within organizations.

John is founder and president of PhD Matters, Ltd., a Philadelphia-based work life planning and workforce development firm, and creator of Life's Potluck Buffet, a suite of products and services based on an original card game for people looking for meaningful conversation and answers to their toughest work life questions.

John co-chairs the Ronin Institute Membership Working Group and participates in the Governance Working Group and Advisory Board. He moderates Ronin's Revolutionary Knowledge Production Interest Group.

Active in his community in South Philadelphia, John serves as an officer of a local registered community organization.
