I’m a Behavioral scientist and my work is focused on the discovery and adoption of behaviors that enhance the human experience at work and in life. I do that in two ways -

1. Lead the human element of business transformation through driving the development and implementation of strategies that enhance worker productivity. I'm currently doing this work for DuPont - a specialty products company.

2. Develop and publish strategies that enable adults over 50 to thrive by learning to live healthy, work purposely and grow wealthy as they age.

In order to fulfill my goal of helping adults over 50 thrive - I founded EVOLVE@50+ (www.evolve50.com) - a digital platform that publishes ideas to enable adults over 50 to live their best lives.

My educational accomplishments include earning a Doctorate (EdD) in Human Development from Drexel University where I studied adult learning, behavior, and performance. I’ve also earned a credential in behavioral economics from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Other work I do includes conducting human behavior research through the Ronin Institute and serving on the advisory council for George Washington University’s Business School.
